I like to bring a few extra outfits to change into in the evenings if it is incredibly hot outside, and I always make sure to pack a coverup outfit to head down to the pool too!

Universal Studio Theme Park Packing List

These are the main categories below that you’ll want to make sure that you plan to bring in your suitcase.

Theme Park Bag Items

Backpack or Sling Bag – Something lightweight but big enough to hold your necessities.
Lanyard with Ticket Holder – Perfect for holding park tickets and Express Passes.
Portable Phone Charger – You’ll be using your phone a lot for the app, photos, and videos!
Poncho – In case of rain.
Misc. Items – Other items like wet wipes and hand sanitzer can be helpful to have in the theme park too!

Clothing Items

Outfits for Each Day – I like tossing in some extra changes too, in case I want to change outfits for dinner!
Comfortable Walking Shoes – You’ll be walking a lot! Sneakers or supportive sandals are best.
Light Jacket or Sweater – If you’re staying late or visiting during cooler months.
Hat & Sunglasses – Protect yourself from the sun.

Electronics

Portable Phone Charger – You’ll be using your phone a lot for the app, photos, and videos!
Chargers & Cords – To use in the hotel room.
Camera – Your favorite video device, I use an DJI Osmo Pocket 3 to film on my trips!
Headphones – For listening to music or watching movies on the plane!
