It’s time, for Prime Day from Amazon! This year Prime Day was changed to fall in October due to the many changes brought on by COVID-19. For two days, October 13 & 14 you can find Prime Day deals on Amazon.com. Let’s check out some of my favorite prime day deals – as well as check in on my Amazon Shopping Lists to see what’s on sale!

Finds for Kids
Kid’s Amazon Fire – HD8:
My girls LOVE their Amazon Fire devices and they have used them for years! The outer shell makes the Fire more durable and the software inside makes it easy for parents to program when the kids can use the devices, how long they can use certain types of programs, and what kind of apps the kids can download. It makes it very easy to make sure that the girls are using age appropriate programs on their electronic device! Current Prime Day pricing is $79.99.
National Geographic Earth Science kit:
Time to start Christmas shopping? There are a ton of great educational items included in Prime Day that would make great Christmas gifts or to use as a part of homeschooling. I love this National Geographic Earth Science set. It is a great price and comes with a lot of interactive items for learning. Current Prime Day pricing is $23.99.
National Geographic Microscope:
If your kids love science like mine, then you’ll love this great deal on a science microscope to use at home! This microscope is a step up from a regular kid’s microscope and comes with a number of different items to encourage science in your home. Right now is 20% off as a part of Prime Day. Finds for Moms
Prime Day is also a great day to pick up items that you’ve been looking at yourself, or a fun little splurge! Here are some of my favorite Prime Day picks for moms.
Cross Band Slippers:
Prime Day is a great day to pick out little splurges for yourself or items you had been thinking about getting for a while. I love these cross band slippers in a fuzzy gray color. They are great to wear in the Fall and Winter to keep your feet warm, and since we are home more these days… you can wear them to meetings too! Current Prime Day pricing is $19.19.
Adventure Awaits Pouch:
Little accessory pouches are some of my favorite things to purchase, because they are so handy! You can carry makeup, skincare, camera supplies, the options are endless! I use them when traveling and also for separating things down inside of my purse. This Adventure Awaits pouch is particularly sweet, and inspires me that some day soon – we can get back to traveling! Cute bunny ear scrunchies
As a girl mom, we currently have scrunchies all over our house. I have to admit, I don’t hate that they have made a comeback! I personally love the “bunny ear” or bow style scrunchies, because I feel like they give them a little bit of extra detail that we didn’t have back in the ’90s. These bunny ear scrunchies are on sale as a part of Prime Day in a set. These would make a great deal to use for stocking stuffers or use as a part of a gift for your gift friends along with other items. It is a no frills version to heat up your water for tea quickly. I have a full on tea maker that I love, but if I wouldn’t have splurged on the full on tea maker – this would definitely be my pick to quickly make hot water for tea, cocoa, and more! Bath Tray:
I had been looking at getting a bath tray, as I have started taking soaking baths more often – so Prime Day seemed like a great day to check out the deals for them online. This bamboo wood bath tray is included in Prime Day deals and can hold all of your extra items that you need while taking your bath. Current Prime Day pricing is $27.99.
