Your new fall go to crock pot meal is here! This meal is quick and easy to whip up with just a few ingredients and a little time!
Serves: 4-6 people
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 4 hours on high; 7-8 hours on low
Storage: Store leftovers refrigerated in airtight container
Gather your ingredients for the soup, there is a handy reference sheet at the bottom if you’d like to save that as a reference. Most of these are available at your local grocery store. If you’re looking for a great Crock Pot, I recommend this one!
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 oz. package of frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 container (32 ounces) beef broth
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup of uncooked elbow macaroni noodles
The ingredients are easy to mix up and overall preparation time should take less than 5 minutes! Follow the instructions below to make the macaroni soup at home.
Directions:
- Add ground beef to medium pan, and brown over medium heat. Drain grease.
- Add cooked beef, mixed veggies, diced tomatoes, broth, salt & pepper to your crock pot.
- Cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 7-8 hours.
- Add the noodles 30 minutes before serving to allow them to cook.
This easy to make meal easily feeds our family of four, and gives enough leftovers for another entire meal! Save the leftovers in the refrigerator or freeze them.
