We are excited to be heading to Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser experience in June 2023, and be one of the final voyages before it officially closes in September 2023. Our voyage was booked prior to the announcement, so we got extremely lucky to have this set as a part of our vacation and not have to scramble to get one of the remaining voyages. The experience is completely sold out until its closing date on September 30th, however sometimes a lucky few can catch a cancellation if you watch the Galactic Starcruiser booking page. If there is a date showing on the calendar that means there is a room available at that time, quickly call in to book it if you’re trying to get this experience!

I love a great character inspired outfit, and coming up with these Star Wars inspired outfits was no exception! Our family had a ton of fun coming up with our character backstories and complimentary outfits

Star Wars Inspired Outfits

For my character (Galactic Starcruiser is an optional cosplay experience, where you can take on your own character backstory and even come up with a different character name to use while you’re there!) I’m planning on being an artist from Naboo. So I wanted to use rich colors and artisan feeling accessories to play into my character backstory.

For our girls, we chose a mix of pieces that went with their personalities and character experience they were trying to achieve. Overall, we ended up with a number of fun pieces that can be reused again – either as a part of a Galactic Bound outfit to wear to future trips to Galaxy’s Edge, or as separate pieces in regular outfits.

My younger daughter had a fun time painting the rebellion symbol on the canvas shoes and she’s looking forward to wearing one of her own made designs on the trip.
