What to Wear at Disney
I love keeping it casual and comfortable at Disney, because it can be a LOT of steps! And usually pretty hot too. I typically average around 20,000 steps per day when we are at the theme parks all day, so comfortable shoes are a must as well. I’ve found that wearing sandals actually is the best fit for me, because otherwise my feet overheat and I have a heat reaction on my legs. Dresses are also another way to keep cool at Disney and still look put together – the secret is wearing comfortable bike shorts or leggings underneath!

Lastly, here are my favorite ways to stay comfortable and cool while at the parks! I use a sports material bottom layer to wick away any sweat, and we also have a number of the personal fans so that each person in the family can use them on hotter days!
