How cute are these bath bombs?!? These would be a sweet item to use as a part of a Disney trip reveal, or as a part of a gift basket! These fun Disney character bath bombs are a must make for bath time fun!
One of my personal favorite characters is Minnie Mouse, so that is the character mold shown. However the great thing about this DIY is that you can use a variety of molds to personalize this gift to the person you will be giving it to!
Supplies:
- ½ cup baking soda
- ¼ cup epsom salts
- ¼ cup corn starch
- ¼ cup citric acid
- ½ tsp rose mica powder
- 1 tbsp sweet almond oil
- 1 tsp water
- Character silicone mold – find Minnie Mouse here
- Character silicone mold – find Stitch here
- Character silicone mold – find multi character molds here
Directions:
- Add the baking soda, epsom salts, corn starch, citric acid, and mica powder to a marge bowl and use a whisk to combine the ingredients, until they are very well blended.
- Add the water and sweet almond oil to a small jar with a lid, and shake well to combine.
- Very slowly pour the liquid into the dry mixture, while whisking the entire time. Be cautious in this step so as not to activate the fizz, or you will need to start all over.
- Press mixture into mold cavities, and allow to set overnight. Remove from molds, and store in an airtight container.
This activity is easy enough to do with older kids and would also make a great item that they could make for friends as a gift during the holiday season.
